In my True Colors test, I found out that I was a person to be considered “Blue.” To be this, I’m enthusiastic, sympathetic, personal, warm, communicative, compassionate, idealistic, spiritual, sincere, peaceful, flexible and imaginative. One type of leadership style for me is that I can expects people to develop their potential. A symptom of a bad day for me could be that I can withdrawal on certain things.
One thing I learned about other people is that “gold” people are very prepared. They believe that work always has to come before play and to complete a task, they would have to work overtime. “Orange” people are spontaneous and they expect quick action from work, not slow action. “Green” people are analytical. They are visionary people and expect intelligence and competence.
